GZJ-600XS and GZJ-900XS electric grouting mixers are equipped with large-capacity slurry drums of 600 liters and 900 liters respectively, which can accommodate more slurry at one time, reduce the frequency of adding materials, and improve work efficiency.
Stable Machine Weight
The machine weights of GZJ-600XS and GZJ-900XS are 480 kg and 500 kg respectively. The heavier body can increase the center of gravity stability of the equipment, effectively reduce the shaking and vibration of the equipment during high-speed mixing, and make the slurry more evenly mixed.
Scientific Water-cement Ratio Design
The water-cement ratio design of both models of electric grouting mixers is 0.28:1. This ratio is the best ratio verified by experiments, which can ensure the fluidity and viscosity of the slurry, facilitate the subsequent grouting operation, and also improve the uniformity of the slurry, ensuring that the slurry will not be layered or precipitated.
Efficient Slurry Mixing Time
The mixing time of GZJ-600XS and GZJ-900XS is no more than 2 minutes, and they can quickly complete the mixing tasks of 600 liters and 900 liters of slurry respectively. This can greatly reduce the waiting time for construction and improve work efficiency, which is particularly suitable for large-scale construction projects such as bridge and tunnel construction.
Powerful Motor Power
Both models of electric grouting mixers are equipped with 7.5 kW motors, which can generate sufficient torque to maintain a stable mixing speed when processing materials with viscosities as high as 2000-3000 mPa·s, avoiding uneven mixing or agitator clogging caused by excessive viscosity, and are suitable for processing high-density cement slurry and mixtures with admixtures.
