TK600 wet shotcrete sprayer has a wide range of applications, mainly including the following engineering fields:

1. Tunnel engineering: After tunnel excavation, the inner wall of the tunnel needs to be supported and lined in time. The concrete wet shotcrete sprayer machine can spray concrete evenly onto the tunnel wall to form a solid protective layer, which plays a role in strengthening the surrounding rock, preventing collapse, waterproofing and moisture-proofing, etc. At the same time, it can also improve the surface flatness of the tunnel, creating good conditions for subsequent construction.

2. Mining Engineering: Used for the support and repair of mine tunnels. During the mining process, the tunnels are prone to loosening and deformation of surrounding rocks. The concrete wet spraying machine can quickly spray concrete on the tunnel walls to enhance the stability of the tunnel and ensure the safety of mining operations. Slope protection project: For various soil or rock slopes, the concrete wet spraying machine can spray concrete onto the slope surface to form a protective layer to prevent the slope from being eroded by natural factors such as weathering and rain erosion, enhance the stability of the slope, and reduce the risk of geological disasters such as landslides and mud-rock flows.

The spraying mileage of TK600 concrete wet shotcrete sprayer machine is affected by many factors:
General horizontal conveying distance: The horizontal conveying distance of small wet concrete spraying machines is usually around 20-50 meters, such as the conveying distance of PZ-5 wet concrete spraying machine does not exceed 30 meters. Some high-performance wet concrete spraying machines can have a horizontal conveying distance of about 200 meters. 
Actual operation influencing factors: In actual operation, the spraying mileage is also affected by factors such as the slump of concrete, aggregate particle size, material and layout of the conveying pipeline, and working wind pressure. For example, when the slump of concrete is 8-15 cm, it is more conducive to transportation and spraying. If the slump is too small, the concrete fluidity is poor, which will affect the spraying distance; if the aggregate particle size is too large, it is easy to cause pipeline blockage, which will also shorten the spraying mileage. In addition, if the delivery pipeline has too many bends, the pipe diameter is too small or the inner wall is rough, the delivery resistance will increase and the spraying mileage will be reduced; insufficient working air pressure will not provide enough power to push the concrete, which will also limit the spraying distance.

The concrete wet shotcrete sprayer machine is a mechanical equipment used for spraying concrete. 
Concrete delivery: First, pour the mixed wet concrete material into the hopper of the wet spraying machine. The concrete in the hopper enters the conveying mechanism under the action of gravity, and is usually transported by a piston concrete pump or a rotor concrete pump. The piston concrete pump sucks the concrete from the hopper and presses it into the conveying pipeline through the reciprocating motion of the piston; the rotor concrete pump uses the rotation of the rotor to push the concrete into the conveying pipeline between the blades of the rotor. During the conveying process, the concrete is pushed continuously and evenly, moving along the conveying pipeline at a certain pressure and speed.
Accelerator addition: During the concrete conveying process, an accelerator needs to be added to speed up the setting of the concrete. The accelerator is usually accurately measured by a special metering device, and then mixed with the concrete at the nozzle through the injection system. The metering device accurately controls the amount of accelerator added according to the delivery volume of the concrete and the construction requirements, ensuring that the concrete can quickly solidify and form after injection.
Concrete spraying: When concrete and accelerator reach the nozzle, compressed air will be introduced into the nozzle. Compressed air generates high-speed airflow, which sprays concrete onto the sprayed surface at a high speed. The high-speed airflow enables the concrete to obtain greater kinetic energy, and can be evenly attached to the sprayed surface, and quickly solidify under the action of the accelerator. The operator can ensure the quality and thickness uniformity of the sprayed concrete by controlling the parameters such as the movement speed, spray angle and spray distance of the nozzle.
