TYSP-90C wet process shotcrete machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed for the efficient and precise application of wet mix shotcrete in construction and civil engineering projects. Unlike dry-mix shotcreting, where the concrete mixture is mixed on-site with compressed air, wet-process shotcreting involves pre-mixing the concrete at a central batc, hing plant before being transported to the site. Then the slurry will be pumped through a hose to the nozzle of the shotcrete machine, where it is pneumatically propelled onto the desired surface.

1. The frame assembly serves as the main component of the wet process shotcrete machine which includes the welding channel steel, a traction walking and steering wheel mechanism. These parts enhance maneuverability and ease of transport on construction sites.

2. The core part of the wet concrete shotcrete machine is the oil pump motor unit. This unit consists of a three-phase motor, an oil pump bracket, a plum blossom coupling, an oil pump, and various accessories. This ensures smooth and efficient operation of the pumping mechanism, which is critical for maintaining consistent pressure and flow of the shotcrete mixture.

3. The electrical control system of the wet mix shotcrete machine is another vital component. It is primarily composed of a PLC controller, contactors, relays, push-button switches, terminal blocks, and other essential parts. The electrical box is equipped with an emergency stop switch, remote controller, and receiving control device, allowing operators to start, stop, and reverse the machine's operation as needed. This feature is particularly useful for reducing waste during the grouting process and making timely operational adjustments in emergency situations such as pipe blockages, high pressure, or faults.

4. In addition to these core components, the wet process shotcrete machine typically includes a hopper for holding the pre-mixed concrete, a robust pump capable of generating high pressure to push the slurry through the delivery line, and a specialized nozzle for applying the material evenly.
