Structures
1). Chassis: The GF680 hydraulic crawler drill machine is equipped with a hydraulic crawler walking chassis, which changes the situation where some drilling rigs need to be moved manually.
2). Control system: The hydraulic control system switch, the forward and reverse rotation and inching of the drilling power unit. The manual control valve controls the hydraulic cylinder to adjust the drilling rig angle, lift the drilling rig, drill and walk.
3). Hydraulic system: The pump station is driven by diesel engine power. (It can also be changed to a motor)
4). Drilling frame structure: The drilling frame uses three slides to form the main outer frame of the drilling frame, and the main hydraulic cylinder connects the drilling frame auxiliary slide to form a reciprocating motion; the drilling frame auxiliary slide is connected to the third slide of the drilling frame by two auxiliary hydraulic cylinders to form a reciprocating motion. The superposition of the two items can realize the loading of 1.5 meters of drill rods.
5). Drilling angle: The drilling frame angle is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder to adjust the drilling frame angle, which can achieve 35-90 degree construction.
