Double-cylinder Design
The GSJ200 mortar grouting machine adopts a double-cylinder design with two independent cylinders, each with a diameter of 110 mm, which ensures that the equipment can continuously and stably deliver slurry when working. The advantage of the double-cylinder design is that it can reduce the downtime by working alternately, making the slurry flow more continuous.
Fine Particle Handling Capacity
The GSJ200 mortar grouting machine is capable of handling mortar particles with a maximum diameter of no more than 5 mm. For grouting projects, the finer particle limit is to prevent large particles or impurities from clogging the pipe or nozzle, ensuring that the slurry can be continuously and evenly delivered to the construction site. The 5 mm particle handling capacity effectively reduces the risk of pipe blockage, reduces the maintenance frequency and failure rate of the equipment, and extends the service life of the equipment.
High-pressure Output
The maximum working pressure of the GSJ200 mortar grouting machine can reach 15 MPa. This high pressure can effectively push the slurry into the tiny gaps and deep voids in the construction structure with great force, thus achieving high-density and comprehensive filling, avoiding incomplete filling or residual voids caused by insufficient pressure.

Foundation Reinforcement
Mortar grouting machines can inject mortar into the foundation by applying high pressure to fill the gaps and cracks inside it, thereby increasing the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation and preventing the occurrence of foundation sinking or collapse problems.
Bridge And Tunnel Repair
