Product Introduction
The cement mortar hand pump is a type of construction tool used to manually inject or pump mortar into various construction applications. It consists of a cylindrical reservoir which holds the mortar mixture. The reservoir is connected to a piston or plunger that is operated by hand. When the plunger is pulled up, it creates a vacuum that draws mortar into the cylinder through an inlet port. When the plunger is pushed down, it forces the mortar out through an outlet port and into the desired location. It allows for precise control over the amount of mortar being applied and can reach areas that might be difficult to access with larger equipment.

Structure
Cement mortar hand pump typically consists of a cylindrical reservoir, which serves as the main body of the pump and holds the mortar mixture.
This reservoir has an inlet port at the top for pouring in the mortar and an outlet port at the bottom connected to a nozzle or hose for directing the mortar where it's needed.
Inside the reservoir, there's a piston or plunger that moves up and down manually. When the plunger is pulled up, it creates suction that draws mortar into the cylinder through a valve system.
The entire machine is usually housed within a sturdy frame to support the reservoir and handle the pressure exerted during operation.
Our Products

Features
Double Cylinder Design
The cement mortar hand pump has two grouting cylinders that operate alternately, allowing for continuous grouting operations. This design ensures a seamless flow of mortar without interruptions, significantly improving work efficiency by up to 50% compared to single-cylinder models.
Double Liquid Grouting Capability
This pump can simultaneously or alternately inject two different slurries. This capability is particularly useful when the two slurries chemically react and solidify quickly upon mixing.
Accurate Mixing Ratio
The cement mortar hand pump is equipped with precise metering devices that ensure an accurate ratio of the two slurries. These devices can measure and mix the components within an accuracy range of ±1%, maintaining the quality and consistency of the grouting mixture.
High Degree of Automation
This hand pump includes PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control systems, enabling automatic operation. It reduces manual intervention by up to 80%, minimizing errors and enhancing overall productivity on the construction site. The PLC system allows for more consistent and reliable performance, even in complex grouting operations, it precisely controlling the timing and volume of mortar injection.
