Introduction
The electric cement grouting pump is a conveying equipment designed for viscous materials such as cement slurry and mortar. It is driven by an electric motor, and uses the piston in the pump body to suck the cement slurry from one end, and then injects the cement slurry into cracks, gaps or structures that need to be reinforced through pressure, to achieve filling, reinforcement, sealing and other functions. It is suitable for various construction scenes such as tunnels, foundations, bridges, etc.

Features
3 Cylinders
The electric cement grouting pump is equipped with 3 cylinders. The multi-cylinder design allows the pump to alternately suck and discharge slurry during operation, maintaining the continuous flow of slurry and avoiding the unstable flow that may occur when a single cylinder pump is working. Multiple cylinders can also disperse the pressure load, reducing the pressure on each cylinder, thereby reducing the cylinder wear rate and the overall failure rate of the equipment, and extending the service life of the equipment.
Long Piston Stroke
The piston in the electric cement grouting pump forms a pressure difference in the cylinder through reciprocating motion, sucking the slurry from the slurry storage container into the cylinder, and then transporting it from the slurry discharge pipe to the designated grouting position through pressure. The size of the piston stroke directly affects the suction and discharge volume and grouting efficiency of the grouting machine each time. The piston stroke of the electric cement grouting pump is 70 mm, which ensures efficient, uniform and continuous injection of the slurry.
High Motor Power
The electric cement grouting pump is equipped with an 11-kilowatt high-power motor, which provides a strong driving force. Even when dealing with high-viscosity cement slurry, the pump can still maintain sufficient flow rate and output pressure to ensure that the slurry is smoothly transmitted to the required location without excessive resistance and flow or pressure drop.
Applications
Tunnel Excavation Support
After tunnel excavation, the electric cement grouting pump uses high-pressure cement slurry for grouting support to stabilize the tunnel wall, prevent collapse, and improve the structural stability of the tunnel.
Foundation Reinforcement
The electric cement grouting pump is suitable for the reinforcement grouting of building foundations. By injecting slurry into the foundation, its density and bearing capacity are increased to prevent the building from settling or tilting. It is suitable for the foundation construction of large structures such as high-rise buildings and bridges.
Crack Repair
The electric cement grouting pump can be used to repair fine cracks in concrete structures, such as dams, reservoirs, underground garages, etc., by grouting to fill cracks and enhance the waterproofness and strength of the structure.
