Introduction

The cement injection grouting pump (model BW150) is a professional building grouting equipment. The equipment adopts a three-cylinder plunger pump structure (cylinder diameter 70mm, stroke 70mm), equipped with a 7.5KW motor (optional diesel engine), working speed 1450r/min, and the maximum grouting flow rate can reach 150L/min. The overall equipment is a rectangular structure (size 1840×795×995mm), weighs 560kg, and is made of high-quality steel. The main components include three grouting cylinders, a feeding system (feeding pipe diameter 50mm), a discharging system (discharging pipe diameter 32mm), a power transmission device, etc. Its working principle is to continuously and evenly press the cement slurry into the stratum or structure through the reciprocating motion of the three cylinders. The equipment is mainly used for engineering construction such as rock and soil reinforcement, foundation treatment, and crack repair.

Features

Power System Flexibility
The BW150 injection grouting pump is equipped with a 7.5KW motor with a speed of up to 1450r/min, and supports the replacement of diesel engines. This dual power source design enables the equipment to adapt to the needs of different construction environments. Electric motors can be used in sites with city electricity supply to reduce operating costs, and diesel engines can be used in remote or temporary sites to ensure construction continuity.

Three-cylinder Delivery Structure
The cement injection grouting pump uses three cylinders with a diameter of 70 mm and a stroke of 70 mm, and each cylinder reciprocates alternately. When one cylinder is in the suction state, the other two cylinders are still in the discharge state, which ensures the stability of flow and pressure, reduces the pressure pulsation during pumping, and thus achieves a stable flow output. Pressure pulsation refers to the periodic pressure fluctuation caused by the intermittent movement of the pump during the flow of liquid. This unstable pressure will cause the flow rate of the slurry to change, affect the uniformity of grouting, and even cause pipeline blockage. This design provides a stable maximum flow output of 150 liters/minute, ensuring that the grouting speed and pressure can be maintained evenly during long-term operation, avoiding the impact of excessive pulsation on the quality of the project.

Pipeline System Optimization
The equipment is equipped with a 50 mm diameter feed pipe and a 32 mm diameter discharge pipe, forming a reasonable pipe diameter ratio. The larger diameter of the feed pipe can ensure that the slurry enters the pump body quickly during the suction stage, preventing pressure instability caused by insufficient suction. At the same time, the 32mm discharge pipe diameter design can provide appropriate pressure during the discharge process, allowing the slurry to better penetrate into the gaps and holes of the structure. Reasonable pipe diameter matching not only effectively reduces the risk of slurry blockage, but also ensures the continuity and stability of the slurry, and improves the construction efficiency of the entire grouting process.

Applications

Foundation Reinforcement
In unstable foundations, cement injection grouting pumps are used to inject cement slurry into soil or rock formations to fill gaps and increase soil density, thereby enhancing the bearing capacity of the foundation. This reinforcement technology can effectively prevent foundation settlement and ensure the stability and safety of buildings.

Tunnel and Mine Reinforcement
During tunnel excavation and mine mining, cement injection grouting pumps are used to inject cement slurry into cracks or unstable layers of surrounding rocks to form a reinforcement layer to prevent rock collapse. This application not only ensures construction safety, but also helps to extend the service life of tunnels and mines.

Waterproofing Projects
In underground structures and water conservancy projects, cement injection grouting pumps are used for waterproofing and sealing to prevent groundwater leakage. For example, in the construction of underground buildings such as subways and underground parking lots, cement slurry injection can fill cracks, form a waterproof barrier, protect the structure from water damage, and improve the durability of the building.

Crack Repair
In the repair of old buildings or bridges, cement injection grouting pumps are used to fill cracks in the structure, which can effectively prevent the structure from continuing to crack, extend the service life of the building, and improve the overall strength of the structure.
