There are three ways to connect the shotcrete machine outlet and the conveying pipeline.

(1) Direct connection: The outlet of the shotcrete machine is directly connected with the inner diameter of 125mm-100mm cone pipe, and then connected to the inner diameter of 100mm straight pipe and the shotcrete machine in a straight line.

(2) U-shaped connection: that is, 180O connection, the outlet of the pump is connected with the inner diameter of 125mm-100mm cone pipe through two inner diameter 125mm*90O elbows or an inner diameter of 125mm-100mm U-shaped pipe and then connected to the inner diameter of 100mm straight pipe.

(3) L-type connection: the outlet of the pump is connected with the inner diameter of 125mm-100mm cone pipe through an inner diameter of 125mm*90O elbow, and then connected to a straight pipe with an inner diameter of 100mm, which is perpendicular to the shotcrete machine.

Different connection methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. When the direct connection is adopted, the pumping spraying resistance is small, but the reaction force of the shotcrete machine is larger; The pumping spraying resistance of the U-shaped connection is larger, but the reaction force of the shotcrete machine is smaller; When using an L-shaped connection, the pumping spraying resistance and the reaction force on the shotcrete machine are between the above two situations, but the shotcrete machine will produce transverse vibrations.

In the horizontal injection, can be used U-shaped connection or direct connection, in the upward pumping injection and the height is more than 15m, or downward pumping injection, should be used U-shaped connection, if the direct connection mode, it is easy to occur valve box blockage or even can not pump at all, L-shaped connection mode with horizontal injection, or due to the terrain conditions can not be connected in other ways, in principle, can not be used for upward pumping injection.
