Common faults during using
1. No suction
Reason: nozzle blockage, pipeline interruption, motor failure, pressure regulator failure, large and small steel balls in the cement spraying machine body are not closed tightly or stuck, and the sealing ring is damaged.
2. Insufficient pressure
Reason: The pressure setting is too low, there is blockage, the nozzle is too large or worn, the equipment leaks, the suction pipe leaks, the upper and lower seal rings are worn, the steel ball is worn or blocked, the ball valve seat is worn, the swing switch is worn, etc.
3. Unstable pressure
Reason: The steel ball and the valve seat do not match well, the sealing performance of the seal ring is poor, the fluidity of the construction material is poor, and the nozzle and the high-pressure pipe are not matched correctly.
4. Motor does not run
Reason: The power supply is not connected or the circuit contact is poor, the brush is damaged or the contact is poor, the motor is burned, the switch is damaged, and the cement spraying machine is overloaded, causing the fuse to burn out.
