Cement Grout Injection Pump

The BW320 cement grout injection pump is ideal for grouting operations in soft foundations. It features a three-cylinder, single-acting reciprocating plunger pump with a four-speed gear transmission, offering versatility and efficiency. This pump is primarily used for hydraulic impact drilling in depths up to 1,000 meters, screw drilling and turbine drilling for depths up to 15,000 meters, and common core drilling for depths up to 25,000 meters.

Powered by a 30 kW motor with an input speed of 535 r/min, the pump provides a maximum flow capacity of 320 L/min. With an 80 mm cylinder diameter and the ability to handle pressures up to 25 MPa.

Maintenance

1. Regular Inspection and Cleaning
Perform regular inspections to check for leaks, monitor pressure and flow, and examine the inlet and outlet valves for wear or damage. Ensure pressure and flow rates are within specifications. Clean the pump after each use to prevent grout buildup and flush the entire system with clean water to remove leftover material, especially when switching grouts or after extended idle periods.

2. Lubrication and Component Checks
Lubricate all moving parts, including the piston, plunger, and gearbox, using recommended lubricants. Regularly check oil levels in the gearbox and crankcase to avoid overheating and wear. Inspect the plunger, piston, seals, and gaskets for damage, and replace any worn components to maintain efficient performance.

3. Storage and Periodic Overhaul
