This design ensures smooth operation while reducing wear on moving parts. The plunger is made of high-hardness, wear-resistant material, enhancing durability. Powered by a 30 kW motor with an input speed of 535 r/min, the pump provides a maximum flow capacity of 320 L/min. With an 80 mm cylinder diameter and the ability to handle pressures up to 25 MPa.
-
Compact and Efficient Design
-
The BW320 boasts a compact structure and sleek appearance, making it easy to transport and operate in confined or rugged terrains. Its 110 mm piston stroke contributes to its efficient performance, and its compact size makes it ideal for projects with limited space. The integrated gearbox and crankcase minimize the overall footprint.
-
Easy Maintenance
-
Designed for easy disassembly, repair, and relocation, the BW320 minimizes downtime and simplifies maintenance. The suction pipe has a 76 mm diameter, and the slurry discharge pipe is 32 mm, providing flexibility for a variety of grouting applications. Additionally, the BW320 is equipped with a user-friendly pressure gauge and flow control valve, making operation and maintenance more convenient.
-
Reliable Performance
-
The BW320 features an integrated crankcase and gearbox design, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. The pump is versatile, capable of handling a wide range of slurry types, including cement-based grouts and chemical mixtures. With long-lasting wear parts, the BW320 delivers excellent durability and performance, ensuring a prolonged service life in demanding conditions.
Maintenance
1. Regular Inspection and Cleaning
Perform regular inspections to check for leaks, monitor pressure and flow, and examine the inlet and outlet valves for wear or damage. Ensure pressure and flow rates are within specifications. Clean the pump after each use to prevent grout buildup and flush the entire system with clean water to remove leftover material, especially when switching grouts or after extended idle periods.
2. Lubrication and Component Checks
Lubricate all moving parts, including the piston, plunger, and gearbox, using recommended lubricants. Regularly check oil levels in the gearbox and crankcase to avoid overheating and wear. Inspect the plunger, piston, seals, and gaskets for damage, and replace any worn components to maintain efficient performance.
3. Storage and Periodic Overhaul
Store the pump in a dry, clean area, and protect it from freezing in cold climates. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for periodic overhauls, including checking major components and replacing worn parts to ensure the pump operates reliably and extends its service life.
