Safety Precautions
1. During construction, the cement mortar pump and grouting hose should be securely fixed in place. Ensure that the grouting hose remains in a relaxed state to avoid kinks or blockages, which could disrupt the flow of material.
2. After completing the grouting work, promptly clean both the cement mortar pump and the grouting hose. Always make sure the pump's switch is in the "off" position before cleaning to ensure safety and prevent any accidental operation.
3. Never insert your hand into the hopper or allow any hard objects to enter the conveyor screw during operation. Doing so could damage the pump or cause blockages, affecting its performance.
4. Always pay attention to environmental safety. Ensure that the work area is free from hazards, and that proper ventilation, waste disposal, and protective equipment are in place to safeguard the health of workers and the surrounding environment.

The maximum sand particle size they can handle is ≤4 mm, ensuring smooth operation without blockages.
Efficient and Flexible Conveying Distances
The LBT series offers impressive conveying distances, both vertical and horizontal. The LBT2000 is capable of transporting material vertically up to 20-30 meters and horizontally up to 60-80 meters. The LBT3000 can pump material vertically for 30-40 meters and horizontally for 70-90 meters. The LBT5000 is designed for longer distances, capable of conveying material vertically up to 60-80 meters and horizontally up to 80-100 meters. These pumps are ideal for projects where material needs to be transported over longer distances.
Powerful and Reliable Motor
The LBT pumps come with powerful motors that ensure reliable and continuous operation. The LBT2000 is equipped with a 4 kW motor, while the LBT3000 has a 5.5 kW motor, and the LBT5000 is driven by a 7.5 kW motor. These motors provide the necessary power to efficiently pump large volumes of material, with transportation volumes ranging from 2,500 L/h for the LBT2000 to 5,000 L/h for the LBT5000.
Efficient Hydraulics and Long-Lasting Components
Each model in the LBT series features a large hydraulic oil tank to ensure smooth operation and prevent overheating. The LBT2000 has a 145-liter tank, the LBT3000 has a 240-liter tank, and the LBT5000 is equipped with a tank that also supports heavy-duty, continuous operation. With high-quality hydraulic components, these pumps offer durability and reliability for both short-term and long-term use in various construction environments.
