Small Grout Pump

1. During lifting of the small grout pump, attention must be paid to prevent overturning accidents, and the wire rope should be firmly tied to the four corners of the base.
2. After the BW60-10 cement grout pump and pump pipeline are installed, apply water under working pressure before starting to use, and check whether the installation quality and pressure safety device can work normally.
3. All wires connected to the small cement/mortar grout pump shall be overhead or loaded with rubber hose.
4. Grout pump has no grounding wire, so it is absolutely forbidden to use it.
5. It is forbidden to continue working when there is any damage trace outside the grouting pump.
6. During the operation of the grout pump, it is forbidden to carry out any repair, cleaning and oiling of the gear box.
7. It is forbidden to take down the protective cover of cement/mortar grout pump without stopping and work without installing the protective cover.
8. It is forbidden to overpressure grout pump and work for a long time.
9. When the cement/mortar grouting pump pressure does not drop to zero, it is forbidden to remove the air chamber, pressure gauge and pipeline.
10. When repairing and checking electric appliances such as motors, wires and pressure gauges, cut off the power supply.
11. For the small grout pump with casters, the casters should be adjusted to separate from the ground to prevent swimming during transportation and operation.

The BW60-10 small grout pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump frame, air chamber, shock-resistant pressure gauge, motor, V-belt and pulley cover.

The installation foundation of cement grouting pump should be smooth and not inclined.
The small grout pump is fixed on the foundation with the foot screw to prevent the vibration of the pump during operation.
