Product Introduction
A concrete shotcrete machine is a specialized piece of equipment used to apply concrete or mortar at high velocity onto a surface, typically in vertical or overhead applications. It works by spraying a mixture of concrete and water, often with added admixtures, through a nozzle using compressed air. Shotcrete is commonly used for structural applications such as building tunnels, slopes, pools, and foundations, as well as for repairing damaged concrete surfaces. The machine is designed for efficient, precise, and uniform application, allowing the material to adhere to surfaces that are difficult to reach or work with using traditional methods.

Features
-
Efficient and Time-Saving Design
The PZ-7D shotcrete machine features a rotor-type unbonded material cavity that ensures smooth and continuous material discharge. With a capacity of 7 m³/h and a horizontal transport distance of up to 200 meters, this design significantly reduces labor and time consumption. The straight-through rotor system enhances material flow, making it perfect for large-scale applications that demand both speed and efficiency. -
Superior Sealing and Low Dust Emissions
The machine uses a four-point elastic compensation system to provide excellent sealing, minimizing dust accumulation during operation. The reduced dust levels not only improve the working environment but also extend the service life of the machine's key components, such as seals and rotors. With a working pressure range of 0.6–0.8 MPa, the PZ-7D offers reliable sealing under varying operational conditions, reducing the need for frequent maintenance. -
Uniform and Stable Material Flow
The PZ-7D uses a low-pressure, high-speed vortex air transportation system to deliver the material at a consistent rate. This ensures a uniform flow of the shotcrete mixture, preventing common issues such as bonding or tube blockages. The machine is designed to handle a cement-to-sandstone ratio of 1:3 to 1:5 and a water-to-ash ratio of ≤0.4–0.45, providing flexibility for various material mixtures and ensuring smooth, stable application. -
Enhanced Spraying Performance
The PZ-7D is equipped with newly designed nozzles and discharge elbows that optimize the spraying process. These enhancements reduce material rebound, leading to better accuracy and a more even finish. The machine's motor power of 7.5 kW and rotor speed of 11 r/min contribute to high spray strength, improving the quality of sprayed layers with a strong and consistent bond to surfaces. -
Durability and Low Maintenance
With its robust design and low-pressure system, the PZ-7D minimizes wear on critical components. The efficient sealing system, coupled with an air consumption rate of 10 m³/min and a motor speed of 960 r/min, reduces operational stress and prolongs the machine's service life.
Maintenance
Daily Inspections and Lubrication
Before starting the machine, conduct a visual inspection for any visible damage, leaks, or wear on components such as the nozzle, rotor, discharge pipes, and air system. Ensure the material feeding system is clear of blockages and check the air pressure and lubrication levels. Regularly lubricate all moving parts, including the rotor and motor bearings, using the recommended lubricants to prevent excessive friction and premature wear.
Component Checks and Cleaning
Inspect key components like the rotor, pump, and seals for wear or blockages. Clean the rotor and material feeding pipes after each use to remove hardened material. Regularly check and clean the nozzles to maintain spray quality, and ensure the air compressor and air supply system are functioning properly, with adequate pressure (0.6–0.8 MPa). Periodically inspect internal components, including the rotor, stator, and valves, and replace any worn parts. Clean the machine thoroughly after each use to prevent the buildup of shotcrete material and rust.
Motor, Drive, and Storage
Inspect the motor for overheating, unusual noise, or vibrations. Ensure it is operating within the manufacturer's specifications. Check the drive system, including belts, pulleys, and coupling, for any wear. When the machine is not in use, store it in a dry, clean area to protect it from harsh weather and prevent rusting or damage to electrical components. Cover the machine if possible to avoid dust and dirt buildup, ensuring it's ready for use when needed.
