Introduction
A gunite shotcrete machine (also known as a "dry shotcrete machine") is a type of equipment used in construction projects, mainly used to spray concrete materials onto construction surfaces at high pressure. Through the dry spraying process, the sprayer adds dry mixed materials (such as cement, sand and aggregate) into the equipment and delivers them to the nozzle through high-pressure air. Subsequently, it is mixed with water at the nozzle outlet. The water and dry materials combine during the spraying process, allowing the concrete material to begin to solidify and adhere immediately after being sprayed onto the construction surface, forming a uniform and firm covering layer.

Features
Not Easy To Clog
The feed pipe of the PZ-6F gunite shotcrete machine has an inner diameter of 51 mm and is designed for the conveying of coarse-grained materials. It can accommodate a maximum aggregate size of 20 mm, reducing the possibility of material clogging during the spraying process. In addition, the equipment is equipped with an automatic reversing piston system. When a blockage is encountered during the conveying process, the piston will automatically move in the opposite direction to push the blocked material back and temporarily relieve the feed pressure. This design greatly improves durability and reduces the maintenance frequency and replacement cost of the equipment.
Multi-voltage Compatibility
The PZ-6F gunite shotcrete machine supports 380V and 660V voltage input, which can adapt to the power supply conditions of different construction sites. No additional voltage conversion equipment is required, reducing the risk of equipment downtime caused by power compatibility issues.
Efficient Spraying Capacity
The PZ-6F gunite shotcrete machine has an efficient spraying capacity of 6-7 cubic meters per hour, which can quickly cover a large area of construction surface and effectively shorten the construction period.
Stable Pressure Control
The working pressure of the PZ-6F gunite shotcrete concrete machine is controlled between 0.6-0.8 MPa. Through stable pressure output, the sprayed concrete material can be evenly attached to the construction surface to form a dense covering layer, avoiding uneven spraying effect caused by pressure fluctuations, and ensuring the compactness and surface flatness of the spraying layer.
Dust-proof Design
When concrete is sprayed through the equipment, a large amount of dust will inevitably be generated in the air. The dust removal system in the PZ-6F gunite shotcrete machine uses the principle of negative pressure exhaust to quickly suck the dust generated during the spraying process into the dust collection device, effectively reducing the dust concentration in the air and ensuring the health and safety of the operators. It can also prevent dust from accumulating inside the machine, thereby extending the service life of the equipment. It is especially suitable for closed or semi-closed construction scenes such as tunnels and mines.
