Structure
The grout pump cement mortar head is mainly composed of the slurry inlet pipe welding, pump head tee, slurry outlet pipe welding, steel ball, steel ball pad, O-ring and other parts. It is a bottom-in and top-out type. The slurry inlet pipe aperture is 38mm, the slurry outlet pipe joint is a 32 quick connect, and an M20×1.5 internal hole thread is provided above the air chamber to facilitate the installation of the pressure gauge seat and the electronically controlled pressure gauge device.
Working Principle
The grout pump cement mortar is composed of a motor, a plunger oil pump, a relief valve, a hydraulic reversing valve block, a cylinder, a working cylinder, a mixer, an oil tank, a radiator, an oil filter, an inlet and outlet valve, and an electric control box.
The motor directly drives the plunger oil pump, and the high-pressure oil output by the gear oil pump enters the hydraulic reversing valve block through the relief valve, and the hydraulic reversing valve block controls the reciprocating motion of the oil cylinder.
Since the oil cylinder and the working cylinder move synchronously, and because the cylinder diameter and stroke of the working cylinder are the same as those of the oil cylinder, the displacement and pressure of the working cylinder are basically similar to those of the oil cylinder.
In addition, there is a set of slurry suction valve and slurry discharge valve at each end of the working cylinder. The grout pump cement mortar can suck and discharge the same slurry, or it can suck and discharge two different slurries separately.

Working Method
1. Double-cylinder double-acting principle: Grout pump cement mortar is a double-liquid pumps usually adopt a double-cylinder double-acting structure. The two cylinders work alternately. When one cylinder sucks in liquid, the other cylinder discharges liquid. During the suction process, the piston moves backward, and the liquid enters the cylinder under the action of the pressure difference; during the discharge process, the piston moves forward and discharges the liquid in the cylinder through the pipe.
2. Proportional adjustment mechanism: In order to accurately control the mixing ratio of the two liquids, the grout pump cement mortar is equipped with a special proportional adjustment device. The flow of the two liquids can be controlled by adjusting the stroke length of the two liquid cylinders, the piston movement speed, or adjusting the opening of the valve, so as to achieve precise proportional mixing.
