Features
1. This hydraulic mortar pump adopts full hydraulic design, small size, light weight, and wide construction range;
2. Good adjustable performance: the pressure of the hydraulic mortar pump can be adjusted arbitrarily within the design range. When the pressure exceeds the allowable pressure, the overflow valve will automatically open, and the oil cylinder and the working cylinder will stop working, which plays a safety role;
3. A shock-resistant pressure gauge is installed in the oil pressure system, which can accurately reflect the working status of the pump;
4. This series of hydraulic mortar grouting pump can also be used as clean water pumps, sewage pumps and mud pumps.

Middle sand should be used for mortar transportation, with sand particles below 1mm accounting for more than 60% of the total sand volume, the maximum sand particle diameter not exceeding 6mm, the mortar viscosity not less than 80cm and mixed evenly.
